Half Term – Saturday 18th to Sunday 26th February : The Farm Comes to the Factory
We’re celebrating Britain’s wonderful traditional farm animals, featured on our our new mugs, with some fun activities including a free factory trail, farmyard themed decorating*, a design-a-plate competition and some special little visitors!
Behind the Scenes Factory Tours – Available this Half Term (Monday to Friday)
Enjoy our expanded, Factory Tour* where you can see behind the scenes and find out how we make our handmade, hand decorated pottery in our Victorian factory. Suitable for children aged 5 years and above.
*Factory Tours are available every weekday at 10am, 11.30am and 1,30pm (no 1.30pm tour on Fridays). Follow this link to find out more and to book. Advance booking is required.
Wednesday 22nd February – *Special Event* “The Farm on Wheels” 11am – 3pm
Meet some very special new arrivals as the “Farm on Wheels” rolls into the courtyard. Get up close to newborn lambs and chicks and other farmyard favourites! Free events – pop into the courtyard between 11am and 3pm to say hello!
Farmyard Decorating in the Studio – Available Everyday This Half Term
Visit our cosy decorating studio and have a go at designing a 1/2 pint mug with our special farm themed sponges for just £10 (usual price £15) when you book any 9.30am early bird studio session.

Spring Flowers Workshop – Saturday 6th May 10.30am – 1pm or 2pm – 4.30pm
An ideal gift for any mum who loves flowers, join our gardener Arthur Parkinson and enjoy a morning tour of our walled garden, expert advice on the best cut flowers to grow and learn to hand tie a beautiful spring posy to take home. You’ll be supplied with everything you need to create a beautiful bouquet, plus cake and refreshments too. Places are limited so please book. Tickets £30 per person.
Mothering Sunday Afternoon Teas – Sunday 26th March
Treat your mum to an indulgent afternoon tea (£12.50 per person) all served on an Emma Bridgewater cake stand including a range of delicious sandwiches, cakes and a traditional pot of tea of your choice.
